• AI responses are generated by algorithms and may not always be accurate
• AI is not a substitute for professional advice
• Conversations with AI may be used to improve our services (in anonymized form)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walkthrough shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
